All our prices are in SEK (Swedish Krona) and includes 25% VAT (sales tax). If you are shopping from outside of Sweden, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency when you place the order.
When you choose your country at checkout, you will see your shipping cost. We always try to send your order from us as quickly as possible. We do not take responsibility for the delivery time. In case any product is not in stock, we will contact you for replacement, or make a refund. In this case, we will always contact you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Should any product be broken or incorrect when it arrives to the customer, a new product will be sent free of charge if you send a photo to email@example.com. We want you to love your new deodorant, but if you change your mind you can return it to us in it’s original, resalable condition. Your item must remain unopened and unused to get a refund. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the product. You will be responsible for packaging up your return securely and paying for the return shipping costs. We do not take responsible for any lost or damaged deliveries sent back to us. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a fault on our part.
Card payment via Stripe – no additional fees. This service is linked to an SSL certificate, which means it is a secure card payment service. If you have trouble paying with your card, it is likely that you will need to unlock the card payment service by card number on your bank manually.
Swish – no extra fees. Swish is a payment method that works with these banks: Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Länsförsäkringar, Nordea, SEB, Skandia, Ica Banken, Sparbanken Syd, Sparbanken Öresund, Swedbank, Sparbankerna och Ålandsbanken. After finishing your order, follow the instructions for Swish payment. Instructions can be found after finished purchase, as well as in your order confirmation which is sent to your email.
Invoice (+ 29 SEK) – after approved credit check Invoice fee 29 SEK are added in addition to the amount on your order. Regular credit information is sometimes made when you choose to pay with invoice. Naturlig Deo reserves the right to refuse orders after the usual credit check, or request payment of the order before the order is shipped. The invoice will be sent with your goods. Payment terms 14 days from the billing date. Due date is stated on the invoice. In the event of non-payment, a reminder invoice will be sent to the e-mail you provided at your order, where there is a delay fee of 60 SEK is added. Paypal If you select PayPal as payment method, you will be re-directed to PayPal’s website where you can make a secured payment with PayPal balance, credit card, or bank account. We then recieve your payment without any of your payment account information.
Unforeseen events such as war, natural disaster, labor market disputes, government decisions, missing deliveries from subcontractors, extinct circumstances, and equivalent events beyond the control of Naturlig Deo, shall be attributed to force majeure.
